First of all one of our trained engineers will visit the property and check the current 'set up' and safety. For example, doors are all in good working order, plumbing is all in good order, so no leaks on the water system, Windows are all in good functional order and the correct ventilation is available. Then, we will check all the current compliance areas, so, smoke alarms are installed and interlinked. Other fire safety aspects. We will check the electrics are conforming to current regulations, and the same for the properties Gas & Heating. We will also complete a risk assessment on the water supply.

On completion, we will provide you with a full report, identify any areas of concern, and offer you the appropriate solutions that will make your property compliant and safe to rent.
